Who do I contact if my plant’s arrived damaged?Updated 3 months ago
If your plant arrives damaged, make sure to take photos of the plant and its packaging and send them over to us via the contact form on our website. Any details you can give as to how it was packed will be helpful to us, too; it is most likely due to some rough treatment in transit but this will help us improve our packing for next time!
Once you’ve let us know, we’ll be able to offer a replacement where available, or a swap or refund, and your photos help us to claim from Royal Mail for any damage in transit.
We will also be able to advise how to revive your plant to help it recover as best as possible from travelling.
