What if I order plants and the temperature drops below freezing?Updated 3 months ago

During winter we keep an eye on the weather forecasts and avoid sending plants without heat packs when the temperature is due to fall below freezing overnight. We will usually delay the shipment for a few days, and if the cold snap lasts more than a couple of days we will get in touch to keep you informed of the delays. 

If you realise after placing your order but before we have shipped it that the weather is getting too cold for your plants’ liking, you may be able to add a heat pack retrospectively; get in touch through our contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to arrange it.
