What happens if my order is returned to sender due to incomplete address?Updated 3 months ago
If you check your tracking and Royal Mail have said they are returning your order due to incomplete address, please get in touch with us to bring it to our attention and confirm your full address. If it arrives back with us and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll get in touch to confirm those details.
We’ll receive your parcel in the shop and can update you from there to either re-send the parcel or replace or refund the contents. There may be additional costs for replacing or re-sending the parcel.
Once we have sent the parcel it is too late for us to change the address - the parcel is out of our hands at this point. We would advise double-checking your address when you fill it in to make sure all of the relevant information is there, especially if you are using automatic field filling or predictive texts.
If you notice that your address was filled in wrong and you haven’t received a dispatch notification, get in touch; we may be able to change it before it leaves the shop.
