What happens if my order is delayed?Updated 3 months ago
If your order is delayed, your first port of call should be to check the tracking number provided in your shipping email and put it into Royal Mail’s tracking portal. This is as much information as we are able to get.
If your order has still not arrived 10 days after we sent it, we will then be able to chase it up with Royal Mail so please let us know. It is at this point that it is officially Lost in the Post, so before this time we aren’t able to chase it up. We’ll be able to claim compensation from them and process a refund, exchange or replacement for you.
Rest assured, if your parcel is being slow to arrive, we are as frustrated as you, having spent time and effort carefully packing it to send it on time and get it to you safely!
