What happens if I forget to collect my parcel from the sorting office?Updated 3 months ago

If you do not collect your parcel within 18 days it will be returned to us. If we receive your parcel back in the post, and haven’t heard from you already, we will get in touch with you to discuss how you want to proceed.

With plants, if they have been left in the sorting office for this length of the time, it is highly unlikely that they will survive and so we may not be able to refund them or swap them in this case. If you are ordering plants or any other living things online, we would advise you to keep a close eye on them - and if you’re ordering them to be delivered to someone else, let them know when to expect the parcel and that they should collect it and open it as soon as possible.
