We offer a 7-day plant promise.
We know that customers ordering plants online from us are putting a lot of trust in us to send their plants safely. For this reason, we are committed to sending high-quality plants with high-quality service. We send each plant with our 7-day promise, so that if anything happens in transit, our customers are not at risk.
We are super careful when preparing plants for transport, taking extra steps to package them securely and protecting against specific issues with each individual plant. Despite this, as living organisms, plants are always susceptible to changes in their environment, so there is always a chance there’ll be minor cosmetic issues. We always aim to photograph and disclose any flaws before shipping, but a living organism travelling across the country in a box can take a hot minute to adjust to its new life.
Therefore, if you have any issues within a week of receiving your order, get in touch with our customer support team using the website contact form. Have your order details and some photos of the issue ready to attach and we’ll do all we can to help. If you believe there’s been an issue in transit, photos of the box and packaging are also helpful.
The fine print: Within a week, compensation may include free return and refund of the plant, or free replacement depending on what you prefer and our availability. After a week has passed, we can no longer refund or replace a plant. We can only promise quality as far as we can guarantee care and environmental factors because plants are living organisms. Our promise also does not cover repotting within the 7 day period - again, as this is a factor outside of our knowledge and control. If you’re not covered by the plant promise, we can still offer advice for your plant - we just won’t be able to offer any refund or replacement.
