We’re sorry if your purchase isn’t quite what you were after!

You can exchange a plant within seven days of receiving it, or another item within 30 days. The only exception is sale items, which can’t be returned.

If you bring it into our shop and show your receipt, we can return the product for no extra charge and refund your purchase.

We do not offer free returns by post, but if you are unhappy with your delivery, please get in touch. To return an item by post, you can send it from your local post office to us.
