We’re sorry if your purchase isn’t quite what you were after!

You can return a plant within seven days of receiving it, or another item within 30 days. The only exception is sale items, which can’t be returned.

If you bring it into our shop and show your receipt, we can return the product for no extra charge and refund your purchase.

We do not offer free returns by post, but if you are unhappy with your delivery, please get in touch. To return an item by post, you can send it from your local post office to us. Address it to:

Please make sure you include your packing slip or order number and name to identify the parcel, and do let us know by email what’s going on with your return; this will make it easier for our team to process your refund.
