What’s your refund policy for online orders?Updated 3 months ago
If your parcel has been lost or the contents damaged so that you cannot return them, please get in touch with us to get it sorted out! We are always happy to help, even when it’s bad news, and would rather sort this directly with you.
Get in touch as soon as you can; with plants, it needs to be within our seven-day promise, and with other items within 30 days.
Take plenty of photographs of your order, and of the packaging too if that’s possible. Send these over to our team via the website’s Contact Form, along with your order information, and we will investigate for you.
If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want the item you ordered, but it is not damaged or broken, we won’t be able to offer a free return but can refund the item once it’s made its way back to us. Please see ‘returns’ above for details.
