What’s your exchange policy?Updated 3 months ago

You can exchange a plant within seven days of receiving it, or another item within 30 days. The only exception is sale items, which can’t be exchanged.

If you bring it into our shop and show your receipt, we will exchange the product for free.

If you need to send it by post to be exchanged, please make sure you package it up securely. Get in touch through our contact form to let us know which item you would like to exchange it with and we will make sure that item is available for you. We don’t offer free postage for exchanges but you can send it from your local post office to our Bristol address:

When the item arrives, as long as it is still in the condition we sent it in, we will process your exchange and get the new item sent out for you.
