My pot broke in transit, who do I talk to?Updated 3 months ago

If your pot arrives broken, make sure to take photos of the pot and its packaging and send them over to us via the contact form on our website. Any details you can give as to how it was packed will be helpful to us, too; it is most likely due to some rough treatment in transit but this will help us improve our packing for next time!

Once you’ve let us know, we’ll be able to offer a replacement where available, or a swap or refund, and your photos help us to claim from Royal Mail for any damage in transit.
