I received the wrong item, where do I go next?Updated 3 months ago

If the items in your order don’t match what you ordered, please get in touch - we are only human and it’s totally possible we mixed something up. Check the packing slip in your order and make sure the number matches the order number provided in your confirmation email, and include this number, your name and details about the items that have been mixed up in your email to us. 


If we have mixed up items when sending your order we’ll get the missing item sent out to you as soon as possible, at no extra charge to you. We will also send you a return slip for anything that needs returning to us to exchange for the correct item; you will then be able to send this back to us at your nearest post office. We do ask that you wrap items as carefully as possible when you send them back to us; this helps them not go to waste and be able to be sold once they are back in our shop.
