I’ve received a gift but I don’t know who from, can you tell me?Updated 3 months ago

If you’ve been sent something as a gift but your gifter has not left a gift message, we can usually let you know the name of the person who sent the order! Your first port of call should be to check the packing slip; the name on the billing address should be included, and where there is no gift message we make sure to include the slip. 

If this still doesn’t answer your question, get in touch with us through the contact form on our website and make sure you include your name as it is on the packing slip or address label, and your order number from the packing slip. We will then let you know any names we have for who has sent your gift.
