I’m missing some of my order, can you tell me where it is?Updated 3 months ago
If some of your order is missing, first check your packing slip - we will pop a note on there if we’re sending your order in multiple shipments, and will usually get in touch by email if we have to split the order too. If there isn’t a note and we haven’t emailed you about splitting the shipment, please get in touch - we are only human and it’s totally possible we missed something. If we have missed an item when sending your order we’ll get the missing item sent out to you as soon as possible, at no extra charge to you.
