How long does delivery take?Updated 3 months ago
In a perfect world, the longest between dispatch and arrival for postal delivery would be three days, but it can often take a couple of days longer, especially if the parcel is travelling across the country or at busier times of year. Further details are as follows:
Express: Our Express delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24. Parcels are collected from us six days a week, and Royal Mail aims to deliver this service the next working day, but it can take up to two days. If you get your order in before 12pm we can usually dispatch it the same afternoon, though this does depend on the volume of orders. With Tracked 24, there is post on Sundays; this service runs seven days a week.
Standard: Our Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48. Parcels are collected from us six days a week, and Royal Mail aims to deliver this service within two to three working days. If you get your order in before 12pm we can usually dispatch it the same afternoon, though this does depend on the volume of orders. Tracked 48 parcels are delivered six days a week, Monday - Saturday.
