How do I pre-order?Updated 3 months ago

If an item is available for pre-order, the option will be there when you go to add to your basket. 

Some items, such as made-to-order items and terrarium kits, will automatically be pre-orders as they are made to order; this can mean they take a day or two longer to ship. 

Other items that we offer for preorder, whether that is plants, soil or Christmas trees, are available to preorder because they are not currently in stock but will definitely be restocked.

If you would like an order to be shipped on or for a certain date, please let us know in the order notes and we will ship as close to that date as we can. Please note that we cannot hold orders for longer than a week due to shop space so do consider this when placing your order.
