All our national delivery parcels are sent through Royal Mail with their Tracked services. In your dispatch confirmation email from us, you will receive a tracking number to put into the Royal Mail tracking website. This allows you to track your parcel and stay up-to-date.


If you have questions or concerns regarding tracking or slow delivery, we can chase up with Royal Mail from 10 days after dispatch so do get in touch if it’s been a week since your confirmation email and you still have no parcel. Before this time the only information we have access to is the same tracking page as you; we would share more information if we had it.
