Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell both virtual and physical gift vouchers. You can find both here on the website.
When will the gift voucher be sent?
If you buy a digital gift voucher, it will be sent straight away to the email you provided. For physical gift vouchers, they will be sent by post with our usual dispatch times, likely shipping the next weekday after purchase.
How can I check my gift voucher balance?
You can ask us to check your gift voucher balance. We will need the email address of the account the voucher is attached to, or the final four digits of the gift code.
How do I redeem gift vouchers?
You can either redeem gift vouchers online or instore. Online, you can pop your gift card code in at checkout to redeem it. Instore, show us your gift card or email with the code and we will redeem it for you.
Can I spend gift vouchers online?
Yes, just pop your gift voucher code into the box given at checkout.
Can I spend gift vouchers in the shop?
Yes, bring in your physical voucher or email with the digital gift card and present it at the till to be redeemed.
