How long will it take for my pickup order to be ready to collect?Updated 3 months ago

If we have the item ready in the shop, your pickup order will usually be ready within a few hours. If the shop’s busy it might take us a minute to prepare your order and click the notification button, but once you receive your ‘Ready to Collect’ email, it’s there waiting for you.

There are some products which may not be ready the same day, and there are a few reasons this could be the case:

• Sometimes products are available on the website a day or so before they arrive in the shop, while they are on their way to us. In this case, your order will be ready as soon as the item has arrived with us.

• Some products take extra preparation time. Our Terrarium DIY Kits are usually made to order, for example, and bundles like our Mystery Plant Bundles, Plant Rescuer Boxes and Gift Sets have to be constructed so there will be a little added admin time for collection in these cases, though usually not more than a day.

If you would like to arrange a collection for a specific day, please get in touch or put the date into your order notes and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you to collect on the right day as far as humanly possible.

Once your order is ready, we’d really appreciate if you could collect as soon as possible to save space in the shop and make sure your order gets to you in tip-top condition. This is especially important with plants or larger orders.
