To log in on our website, it’s easiest to be on the desktop version. On your desktop, on your computer, there is an ‘Account’ button between the search bar and shopping cart button. To log in, click this button, and pop in the email you have registered with us. You’ll get a 6-digit code sent to your email which you can then input and log in to access your account, including your personal details, previous orders, and subscriptions.

If you’re ordering on mobile, your order will link to your account as long as you input the same email address when you place the order. To access your account on mobile, scroll to the bottom of the webpage, find the heading ‘Important Links’, and hit ‘subscriptions’ or ‘rewards’. You’ll be able to log in here with your email address as above, or with Shop if you have an account linked already, and it will take you to the ‘subscriptions’ page of the account section, or to your ‘rewards’ tab, from which you can access your profile, settings and order information.
