How do I edit my account information?Updated 3 months ago

Log in to your account on our website (See ‘How do I log in?’ above) and this will take you to your account page. From here, click the drop down with your initials in the top right of the screen (on desktop) or the three lines for the menu in the top left (on mobile). Click ‘Profile’, and then to edit any of the information in here, click the pencil icon in the relevant box.

If you need to change your email address or phone number, you’ll need to get in touch with us; because these are used to log you in, you can’t change them in the account page.
