We will always do our best to help advise on care for sad plants. If you bring in your plant for a repot, we will also do a health check and give you a full rundown of any issues we spot when repotting. If your plant doesn’t need to change pot size but is looking unwell and you think the soil is an issue, we can change over the soil and do a health check for the price of a repot at that pot size. 

We are also always happy to advise on plant care either instore or via email - in this case it’s really helpful if you can bring or send photos of your plant and we will do our best to work out what might be the issue.
